Elementary School 7's Tournament

The Markham Irish Rugby Club is proud to host our Elementary School Rugby Tournament, celebrating the conclusion of an exciting community rugby development initiative that brought the game directly into local schools. Over the past several weeks, members of our club visited elementary schools throughout the community to introduce students to rugby through fun, hands-on training sessions focused on teamwork, confidence, and skill development.

This tournament will bring participating schools together for a day of rugby, sportsmanship, and community spirit as students put their new skills into action on the pitch. We are thrilled to welcome teams from St. Patricks, Armadale, St. Katherine Drexel (SKD), Cornell P.S., Parkview P.S., and Randall P.S.

We look forward to celebrating the growth of youth rugby in our community and creating a memorable experience for all players, teachers, families, and supporters involved.
