Indoor Details
As a Club, we are incredibly proud to offer Fall and Winter Training so our athletes can stay sharp in the off-season.
This fall, join us for our Intro to Rugby and Girls Only Rugby programs. These sessions are FREE to attend and run every Saturday from October 4th through to December 13th, excluding holidays. Operated on a drop-in basis, join at any time. No experience is needed, and bringing friends is highly encouraged!

Intro to Rugby
Saturdays, 11am-12pm
All players (boys and girls) 5-10 years of age
This dynamic program is designed to introduce first time players, as well as develop the skills of returning athletes (ages 5 -10), to the game of rugby through fun and inclusive games. We guarantee that your child will fall in love with our sport as they actively engage in running, passing, and catching, while learning the values of true sportsmanship.
Girls Only Rugby
Saturdays, 11am-12pm
Female Players ages 10 - 18
Join our fastest growing program! These are dynamic sessions played by girls and led by girls. Programming in this session will cater to the needs of our athletes. Girls ages 10 and 11 as well as 12 year olds who are new to the sport, will engage in dynamic activities led by a Physical Education expert that will have them developing rugby skills through active, social, and fun play. At the same time, 12 year old experienced rugby athletes, and girls up to the age of 18, will work with our experienced Sr. Women’s team members on developing their rugby IQ and sport specific skills; all in a fun, engaging environment.

Advanced Junior Training
Returning January, 2026
This hour of our indoor training is dedicated to intermediate rugby drills. This means in engaging with more strategy and skill-based development. This training session is open for ages U12-18 for boys and girls.

Senior Training
Returning January, 2026
These sessions are focused on maintaining fitness, sharpening core skills, and building team play through structured drills and high-tempo activities. Designed for our Senior Men’s and Women’s teams, this program helps athletes stay game-ready through the off-season.
