We’re thrilled to keep the energy high this winter with programs that help every athlete stay active, confident, and connected to the game they love. This season, we’re offering three exciting options.
Our Advanced Junior and Senior Rugby sessions are free drop-in programs that alternate each week beginning January 10th and January 17th. These sessions focus on sharpening skills, building strategy, and staying game-ready for spring.
We’re also proud to introduce our first-ever Flag Rugby House League for ages U6 to U12. This paid weekly program starts January 10 and brings fast, fun, non-contact rugby action to the field every Saturday.

Flag Rugby House League
Saturdays, 11am-12pm
Co-ed, Ages 5-12
Get ready for fast, fun, non-contact rugby action! Open to athletes in levels U6-U8 and U10-U12. Our 9-week program kicks off January 10 with exciting weekly round robin play. Build skills, teamwork, and confidence in a high-energy, inclusive environment.

Advanced Junior Training
Starting January 17th, 2026
Boys and Girls Programs, Ages 13-18
This hour of our indoor training is dedicated to intermediate rugby drills. This means in engaging with more strategy and skill-based development. This training session is open for ages U12-18 boys and girls.
*Every other Saturday from 11am-12pm starting January 17th.

Senior Training

Men and Women's Programs, Ages +18
These sessions are focused on maintaining fitness, sharpening core skills, and building team play through structured drills and high-tempo activities. Designed for our Senior Men’s and Women’s teams, this program helps athletes stay game ready as they prepare for the upcoming season.
