Macgregors Meat & Seafood Drive

We are so excited to announce that Markham Irish Rugby Club is bringing back our highly requested Macgregors Meat & Seafood Fundraiser!

This program allows you and your families to purchase high quality meat products while helping to give back to our not-for-profit organization. Order forms are due back by June 10 and order pickup will be at the clubhouse on June 18 at 7PM.

The Customer Order Form is for your personal use to track individual orders to family and friends. Once you have collected your customer orders, you will tally the total for individual products and input that

into the Sellers Order Form.

The Sellers Order Form is what you will send back to us; this is what we will use to place your order. The digital order forms will calculate your totals for you; all you have to do is input the number of each product that you wish to order.

How It Works

Please send completed order forms to markhamirishrugbyclub@gmail.com by the end of practice June 10. You may hand in a hard copy of your order form but digital is preferred. After submitting your order form, please send an e-transfer to treasurer@markhamirishrugby.com with full payment. Please include the player’s name in the e-transfer notes to ensure we apply

payment to the correct order.

Your products will be delivered to the clubhouse on June 18 at 7PM. Volunteers will be there to hand out your orders. If you are unable to pick up your order, please ask another player to pick up for you or let us know as soon as possible so we can help you make alternate arrangements.

We are asking all families to consider donating a box of All Beef Hotdogs to the club. In the spirit of the game, it is our policy to feed all our player opponents and any help you can provide us with this would be incredible. There is a separate line on both the Customer Order Form and Sellers Order Form if you wish to donate to this cause.
