Play, Learn & Grow Together

This spring, the Markham Irish Rugby Club is bringing energy, excitement, and opportunity directly to local schools with a series of dynamic youth rugby programs! 

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Brother André, Saint Katherine Drexel, Parkview P.S., Armadale P.S., St. Patrick’s Catholic Elementary School, and Cornell P.S. to introduce students to one of the fastest-growing sports in Canada.

Our programs are inclusive, engaging, and fun for all skill levels; whether students are picking up a rugby ball for the first time or already possess a passion for the game. Led by passionate, experienced coaches, each session focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and fundamental movement skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Students participate in high-energy activities and exciting games in an effort to inspire a lifelong love of sport, physical activity, and community connection.

The Markham Irish Rugby Club is proud to support youth development across our community, and we can’t wait to see these schools come alive with rugby spirit this spring as they all participate in our Club hosted 7’s tournament on May 28th.
